The SMS Emden was a German light cruiser of the Kaiserliche Marine during the First World War. Highlighted in the German colony of Kiau Chau in Tsingtao, he was not part of Admiral Graf von Spee's squadron, and devoted himself to making a remarkable maritime war in the Indian Ocean, obstructing the navigation routes and sinking more than 16 enemy ships. . It was a class with the SMS Dresden and it differed from its twin by having conventional piston engines, instead of turbines.

Returns
